Worth its 3 stars. Came in Cape Town to relax and have fun, this hotel was excellent place for doing it. The idea to include a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the double room was nice.

the hotel was quiet, as you can expect from cape town. it's 10 mins walk to the center. we had a queen room with a view to the street.
